Heavy police search around the local university in Fresh Meadows

Ok start with no traffic stop by two suspects after police order in Hollis. A pursuit started on Hillside Avenue and Francis Lewis Blvd. From police source, this was an assault and tracked the vehicle, a blue Honda on the intersection. Then the chase went to north Francis Lewis Blvd to the GCP until 168 Street Exit when more police vehicles joined on the parkway. The suspects, a male and female, blacks, ditched the vehicle on Goethels Avenue near 164 Street trying to enter the church for help but it was locked.

The suspects was last seen hiding in the vicinity until the local university nearby alerted police of the matching perps inside the campus.

Students and residents in the area are advised to remain cautious as police are narrowing down the suspects.
