Heavy fire at a home in Glen Cove

Firefighters are at 42 Dickson Street. This is a private dwelling and reported the fire is second alarm. EMS is checking for injuries. More firefighters are enroute to the scene. This is in Glen Cove, Nassau County.

Update - The home is destroyed from the fire. More than 5 people are displaced and a dog died.
