Heavy fire at a home in Bellerose

Around 8am this morning, FDNY reported fire at 244-92 90th Avenue. This is a private 2 story dwelling in Bellerose.

EMS transported the injured to local hospitals.

Also police were called to handle large group of people harassing members of the fire dept.

By 9am, the fire was brought under control.

The cause of fire is under investigation.
