Heavy delays to Queens from Manhattan

Police closed off 2nd Avenue between 35 and 28 Streets reporting a school bus accident involving a pedestrian. The pedestrian died at the local hospital. Queens bound traffic is a mess for both Midtown Tunnel and the Queensboro Bridge. ESU is working on the scene along with Highway CIS. Ongoing investigation.
