Heavy delays on the CIP southbound

Cross Island Parkway southbound after the Whitestone Bridge, all lanes closed due to an unauthorized truck. Shortly, a school bus collided with the truck. EMS is checking for injuries. ESU is working on the scene. Heavy delays all around.
