Heavy delays on the CIP northbound

Police closed off the northbound Cross Island Parkway before Northern Blvd reporting two vehicle accident. Reported both were drag racing resulted in a wreck. It happened around 2:15pm. EMS, ESU and FDNY are working on the scene to clear the parkway. Delays all around.
