Heavy delays on VNB

Police are reporting heavy delays on Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge in Brooklyn due to a jumper. ESU is enroute. Delays in both directions on the bridge.
Now reporting the person jumped into the water. Ongoing investigation.
Update - the body of a male has been recovered after jumped from the lower level. Transported to medical examiner's office for autopsy.
