Heavy delays on Northern Blvd in Corona

Police are on the Northern Blvd by 107th Street reporting vehicle accident with serious injuries involving a pedestrian. Heavy delays in both directions. EMS, ESU and FDNY are working on the scene. Use alternate route.

Now reporting the pedestrian is in critical condition.

Update - The 19 year old female pedestrian died later at the hospital.
