Heavy delays on Northern Blvd in Bayside

Police are reporting multiple vehicle accident on Northern Blvd and 223rd Street near Cross Island Parkway with one auto flipped upside down. EMS is on the scene. Reported two vehicles exited the ramp toward west bound Northern Blvd and the incident started.
