Heavy delays on MB due to a jumper

Police reported heavy delays on the Manhattan Bridge due to a jumper down and dead. The male jumped from the bridge according to witnesses. ESU is working on the scene. Ongoing investigation.

Now reporting the jumper was wearing a harness and found dead on the street not jumped.

Update - This was a construction worker fell to death while painting the bridge. Found at Pike Slip and South Street near FDR Drive.
