Heavy delays on Ed Koch bridge due to jumper down

Police are searching around East River reporting a man jumped from the Queensboro Bridge. Heavy delays in both directions. The incident reported toward Manhattan bound side. Now reporting the body found and transferred to Brooklyn dock for continuous investigation.
