Heavy delays in the CIP Northbound in Bellerose

The NYPD is on the Cross Island Parkway reporting multiple vehicle accident with injuries. As of now, two lanes closed near Jamaica Avenue Exit in Bellerose.

FDNY reported over 8 vehicles are involved.

EMS is working on the injured.

Avoid the route for now.

It's a mess.

This is the second major accident on the route.

Around 7am, Southern State Parkway was delays due to multiple vehicle accident with one went into the woods by Exit 39.
