Hardly safe even in cold weather for crimes in the area

The NYPD reported a dispute turned into stabbing on Roosevelt Avenue in Jackson Heights. The incident was reported this morning around 4am at the intersection of 82nd Street. Locals say the area is now a gang turf between two groups and the NYPD patrol is needed constantly.

Meanwhile as for robberies, not even walking in the cold weather is safe. The latest incident of scooter robbery was in front of the local hospital on Booth Memorial Avenue near Main Street in Flushing. As for drive-by robbery the latest incident was reported in Corona in the vicinity of 108 Street near 52nd Avenue.

EMS transported the injured to local hospitals.

All incidents are under investigation.
