Hands down it s Austin and Boston

After Tesla relocated from California, a slew of companies in Silicon Valley, San Jose moved to Austin, Texas. Austin is destined to be the next Silicon Valley and home prices are going through the roof with new models launching constantly. More than 100,000 tech workers from Silicon Valley moved to Austin in the last 2 years taking the stock options over high salaries.

Up next is Boston where movers and shakers are positioning biotechnology companies. Rent is all time high for the newly created infrastructure positions to make the state a leading for cells regeneration companies.

NYC still dominate the financial market and the numbers are never constant. Los Angeles dominated the housing sector making the city very expensive to live while homeless is also on the rise.
