Halloween NO NO NO for NYC

During today's press brief, NYC mayor outlined guideline for Halloween. You can't have indoor parties and only small group are allowed to gather. No gatherings inside haunted houses either.

As for trick or treating, apartment buildings and all indoor are prohibited from entering for each door to door for candies. Candy must be tossed into the bowl and not handed out to hands outside only. In case its dropped, do not pick it up and leave or leave it outside in a bowl or tray for all to pick up. Medical mask is a must and then the usual costume.

Now comes this, according to NYC sheriff's office, they reported the guideline and ordered to enforce if someone complains. How the enforcement will be done is not disclosed.
