Governor said and Mayor said highlights on NYC

Governor emphasized on two tasks that need clean ups in NYC, graffiti and homeless crisis.
Cuomo : "I'm telling the mayor that the cleaning up of the city is important. Graffiti is not COVID. It's not. It?s spray paint on a building we've had it for many years. I?m telling the mayor of the cleaning up the city is important. You have a lot of negativity in the air now. Positive, progress, move forward!?
de Blasio : BLM murals in the city are political message. Any other murals including Blue Lives Matter is not political.
Paid $150,000 taxpayers fund to Superstructures Engineers and Associates to clean up graffiti on three buildings in downtown Manhattan after Occupy City Hall cleared out.
Cuomo - Admits federal troops would have been welcome in June when Manhattan had riots and looting from protests. More than 40% of stores affected by looting have closed for good. Quoted, "We're going to have work to do to restart and rejuvenate the economy, there's no doubt about that."
