Governor Cuomo to add all inside vehicles to wear seat belts

NYS Governor has announced during budget report of having not just drivers required for seat belt but all inside the vehicles including back seats. The current law is all under 16 requires to wear seat belt in the back seat. Cuomo want to add for all ages. The bill will be drafted this year.
