Governor Cuomo signed the bill to increase speed cameras

On Sunday, May 12, NYS Governor Cuomo signed the bill to increase speed cameras around the schools to 750 from the current 140. The hours of operation starts at 6am and inactive by 10pm. Cuomo reported there will be added signs of speed cameras will be added to designated locations. The fine is $50 and will not add points to driver license. The setup will start and cameras will be active during fall 2019 school year.
