Governor Cuomo briefed agenda for 2019

The priority in the 2019 of NY Governor is to legalize marijuana for recreational use.

If the bill is approved, the market for legal marijuana from tax income is between $1.7 to $3.5 billion dollars per year.

Cuomo also stated of end cash bail, making election day a holiday and taxes as usual which are cut middle class and cap perm on properties.
