Electronic or "e-cigarettes" or "Vape" dispense nicotine via a vapor that is generated from a liquid, that is generated by sucking on the battery powered tube that converts. There is a conversion that is inhaled, and then expelled. US Dept of Health is conducting an investigation due to lack of awareness and regulations enforced for the safety of American people. A bill for such proposal is under development.
