Glendale man sentenced to three years in prison for cops threats

On Monday, August 3rd, Elvin Payamps, 38 of Glendale was sentenced to three years for saying to someone else who overheard of threatened to kill cops after two police officers were killed in Brooklyn back in December 2014.
