Garage fire extended to a home in Whitestone

The FDNY reported on Saturday around 1pm, garage fire extended to a home in Whitestone. The incident was reported on 12th Avenue near 162 at the location 43.

The fire was brought under control by 2pm.

EMS reported injuries from smoke inhalation.

The cause of fire is under investigation,
