GOVO windows program on hold due to improper fittings

Dun Rite or Dun-Rite run by Wallace Scott is on hold after complaints from many residents whose windows were startling loose. Some of the apartment's windows had cold air coming from outside since insulation were not done properly. After a brief investigation by a rep from Crystal Windows, more insulation are needed. Robert Friedrich, the president of GOVO is trying to determine what need to be done. Also, some of the Crystal Windows were faulty and need to be replaced in some apartments.
