I received the Glen oaks village newsletter explaining board of directors report to the community. Here are the real facts. Its all written by Bob Friedrich and no one else. All the decisions on the newsletter are also written by Friedrich himself and again, no one else. No other board members knows what's really going on and all decisions on Glen oaks village are made by him alone. Lets look at the page 1. Manpower overtime in January and February 2014 is almost 50% of the entire overtime (OT) of 2013. The real truth is Friedrich controls the check book as his own. Its time to let someone smarter than him to handle such crisis. For the record, Friedrich won't allow anyone else to handle any situations in Glen oaks village. Lets look at page 2. The real heroes are the three men who contacted NBC News and Friedrich knew whats going on for the last six months. In the newsletter, Friedrich is taking credit for everything. Not a single name of those three young men who came forth with an appreciation. In my opinion, Glen oaks budget can be worked around for more security and video if Friedrich is open to suggestions from everyone. Friedrich controls Glen oaks village as his own fiefdom and no one is allowed to know any details. What is Friedrich really afraid of? Losing the president position that feeds him for all these years? Why Friedrich won't allow anyone to challenge him? Why Friedrich won't discuss anything with Glen oaks residents? Along with plenty of questions that Friedrich is ignoring to everyone except to his cahoots!\
