GCP westbound closed due to jumper down

Grand Central Parkway westbound under the Parsons Blvd closed due to a jumper down.

The condition of the male jumper is not disclosed at the moment.

All traffic halted. ESU, EMS and police are working on the scene. A witness stated the male was an EDP living at the hotel.

Heavy delays all around.
