GCP westbound closed by the JRP

Police are reporting a vehicle overturned on the Grand Central Parkway westbound by the Jackie Robinson Parkway entrance and Queens Blvd Exit. All lanes closed for now. ESU and EMS are working on the scene. Delays are back to the border.
