GCP closed due to fatality

Grand Central Parkway eastbound closed by LIE due to a person struck by vehicle. This is on the parkway. ESU is working to remove the body. The city’s medical examiner is working to transport the body for autopsy. All lanes closed. Ongoing investigation.
