From robberies to bullets in Queens

On July 21, a victim was shot in the mouth near the vicinity of Sutphin Blvd and 110th Avenue around 3am after a dispute broke out. The same night around 5:30am, NYPD reported multiple shots fired in Richmond Hill in the vicinity of 101st Avenue and 117th Street. ESU recovered shell casings.

The previous day, a victim was slashed in Ridgewood. This is in the vicinity of 66th Street and 70th Avenue around 11pm.

As for robberies, three locations reported the most incidents. The first one is Jackson Heights in the vicinity of 74th Street and Roosevelt Avenue followed by Corona on Junction Blvd and then Jamaica mainly on Jamaica Avenue.

Local residents are advised to stay alert.
