From East Elmhurst to Jamaica kidnapping suspect arrested

Around 7pm, police were called to 98th Street and 23rd Avenue in East Elmhurst reporting a victim was kidnapped by force. The suspect is male, Asian wearing all black. Sources reported the perp and victim headed to the subway. Later, the victim was located by police at Hillside Avenue and 169th Street. Suspect was seen at Tilly Park nearby at Highland Avenue and 165th Street. From there, the suspect was apprehended on Hillside Avenue and 169th Street when tried to get into the subway. Chopper and K-9 are at the scene.
