Friday the 13th was a bad day for 11 people arrested from Glen Oaks to Queens Village

On Friday, October 13, police raided homes in Glen Oaks, Queens Village, Hollis, Richmond Hill and Jamaica taken 13 people into custody for drug charges. The investigation was conducted between December 2016 to September 2017. During the raids, police recovered guns, cocaine, marijuana, heroin and cash. One gun seized belonged to a law enforcement officer in Georgia. The identified suspects are Trevor Henry, Shailendra Mangaroo and his father Roopchan Mangaroo, Mariss Masih, Eric Ranglall, Patrick Diaz, Jason Noriega, Amanda Singer, Donna Costello and brothers Daianand Ramroop and Ravindha Ramroop. All were arraigned on Friday and Saturday at Queens Criminal Court in Kew Gardens. On Wednesday, October 13, police arrested two more suspects, Alex Padilla and Jeffrey Rosa. Police also reported drugs were sold to undercover detectives during the investigation leading to further search. A home on 99th Avenue in Queens Village of Henry resulted scale, money counter, drug residue, stun gun, ledger and $3,000 cash. Police also found loaded the loaded gun belong that was stolen from the Georgia officer.
