Fresh Meadows property bid won at 750 000

The estate of Jack Sherman and Michael Sherman, 75-73 Utopia Parkway in Fresh Meadows was sold at public auction for $750,000 when the bid was won by the highest bidder. The opening bid was $485,000 which was held at the public auction on June 13 around 11am in Queens court. The winner's name was not disclosed.
