Freeport man arrested for multiple burglaries

The First Squad reports the arrest of a Freeport man on Friday, July 5, 2024 at 5:00 PM, for multiple incidents that occurred throughout Nassau County between May 2023 and October 2023.

According to detectives, an extensive investigation led to the arrest of Victor S. Garrison Jr, 23, of 18 Robert Street. The investigation revealed that Defendant Garrison was responsible for three (3) residential burglaries that occurred on the following dates:

  • September 19, 2023 – Nostrand Avenue, Uniondale
  • September 21, 2023 – Grand Avenue, Baldwin
  • October 2, 2023 – Lincoln Avenue, Roosevelt

Detectives determined that the defendant also removed victims credit cards and identifications from multiple autos and utilized them to make unauthorized purchases.

Defendant Victor S. Garrison Jr is charged with four (4) counts of Burglary 2nd Degree, three (3) counts of Criminal Possession Stolen Property 4th Degree, four (4) counts of Grand Larceny 4th Degree, two (2) counts of Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, two (2) counts of Petit Larceny, two (2) counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2ndDegree, four (4) counts of Identity Theft 3rdDegree, two (2) counts of Unauthorized use of a Vehicle 3rd Degree and two (2) counts of Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree. He will be arraigned Saturday, July 6, 2024 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
