Free bus service survey for second priority coming to NYC

The NYC Mayor's office says the Dept of Transportation in cooperation with the MTA will announce the routes to add free buses for the next priority in NYC.

The first one is to Rikers Island in Queens available to visit a loved one in custody without paying as part of the Correction Dept.

The survey will analyze three locations, South Ozone Park, Flushing and the Bronx where the new casinos will be operating around the clock to keep NYC as usual with the city that never sleeps.

The drop offs under analysis will not be part of the current bus stops but entirely different locations similar to the LGA Link Q70 which is the only free bus service to the LaGuardia Airport from 74th Street Roosevelt Avenue in Jackson Heights.

The MTA will announce the plans when available.
