Four NYC residents busted in a high speed chase for using fake currency in Hudson Valley

On Wednesday, April 1, Shakera S. White, 27, Shayna Long, 28, and Pertell L. Haile, 26, of Brooklyn and Frank R. Smith, 30, of Staten Island were arrested by Ulster police for passing counterfeit currency in an incident after a high speed chase.
