Foul odor at 249th Street and Union Turnpike

Residents of Glen Oaks Village coop called 311 of extreme foul odor at 249th Street and Union Turnpike. Earlier today, Dept of Sanitation arrived with several personnel. Later it was found the odor is from heavy marijuana. They checked around dumpsters including next side in GOVO and found leftover bamboo papers. They alerted NYPD.
