Former lot a prime spot on the market in Woodside

It was a long time fixture on Northern Blvd not hard to miss and most locals within the area are a one time customer for a well known location.

It was a well known spot of a night club, restaurant, outdoor space and much more still in the minds of those who enjoyed their times. The locals would describe the location as a festive restaurant with a patio for modern Latin and Dominican fare, plus a nightclub.

The pandemic was one of the reasons according to a former worker. Before that, the owner pleaded guilty to multiple felonies in 2022.

Now it’s a memory and for sale. The lot, 33-15 56th St, Woodside on Northern Blvd is on the market for sale. A security deposit of $300K is required for the purchase and the full price is not disclosed. It is listed with Malachite Group Ltd in Mineola.
