Former location that made Coming to America is delayed

Queens Blvd is now a residential hub for many where 1 bedroom is now an easy $2000 per month. The location which was formerly Wendys that made the famous movie with Eddie Murphy, "Coming to America" where new luxury condos will be built is delayed due to stop work order from Dept of Building. Plans are constantly changed to meet the requirement and the new architecture firm is working to resolve all issues.
