Former location of Rhythm Z will house Billa Liquors

Bellerose - Former location of Rhythm Z will house Billa Liquors starting Tuesday, May 2. The grand opening is Saturday, April 6 for all. The rent is $5,250 plus utilities and taxes. The current location where Billa Liquors is paying $4,500 per month rent. The new location is larger with more inventory. This is the third liquor store of the owner, Billa with two others on Hillside Avenue in Bellerose and Floral Park. Reported 12pm.
