Former location of Michaels to have Lidl in Fresh Meadows

The location of the former Michaels in Fresh Meadows will have Lidl after the lease was signed. This is at the Fresh Meadows Place shopping center, 61-18 190th Street.

This is the third location in Queens slated after Glen Oaks and Queens Place Mall on Queens Blvd.

Astoria has an established operation at 19-30 37th Street.

For Fresh Meadows location, Schuckman Realty represented the tenant in the deal. Schuckman and Federal Realty’s Lance Billingsley handled it for the landlord.

A date of opening for three locations has not been announced but expected next year.
