Forestville man arrested for multiple sex crimes

On August 16, 2025, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation out of SP Fredonia arrested Terry D. Strong Sr., 77 of Forestville, NY for Patronizing a Person for Prostitution 3rd degree (A Misdemeanor) 2-counts, Forcible Touching (A Misdemeanor)

Investigation determined on August 1, 2025, Strong provided a ride in a vehicle to a woman who was walking home from Dollar General in Brocton, NY.  During the ride, Strong asked the female victim for oral sex in exchange for money. The female refused then asked to leave the vehicle. Strong then forcibly touched the female’s breast without her consent. The female then exited the vehicle. Strong was operating a gray Ford Fusion at the time of the incident.

On August 16, 2025, Strong was operating a blue Ford Escape and parked at the rest area on State Route 60 in the town of Charlotte.  Strong asked a female parked in the parking lot if he could provide her money in exchange for oral sex.  The woman declined, Strong asked multiple times then left the scene.

Strong was arrested and processed at SP Fredonia then transported to Chautauqua County Jail for CAP arraignment.
