For those who loves the NY governor

Today, the NY governor was notified that the US Dept of Justice will not open civil rights investigation into nursing home deaths in the state. This includes all nursing homes in the states. The original civil rights inquiry by the Republicans started the criminal probe which went to the DOJ in March.

The bench of Democrats sided with the governor.

Now it's back to the state awaiting for the NY Attorney General's update on the next status.

Thanks to your hard earned money allotted by the current position the governor can use funds for the lawyers to argue in courts.

However, the US attorneys office in Brooklyn is still investigating the specific case but doesn't hold the much merit to go forward.
