Flushing man struck and killed on Grand Central Parkway last night

Fidel Vidal Diaz, 31 was trying to cross the highway from south to north on GCP near LaGuardia Airport. After crossing the east bound, he went to the west bound but two vehicles struck him killing him instantly after his body was decapitated.
