Flushing groper arrested after coworker spotted his pic in the news

Police arrested Raza Qaisar, 59 who works as data processor with NYC Comptroller Scott Stringer's Office. Qaiser was picked up at the Brooklyn office n Thursday late afternoon, October 5th when a co-worker recognized his picture from news and called 911. The incident of sexual abuse started on September 27 inside 7 train from Manhattan to Flushing when a 30 year old female endured long ride with Qaiser next to her. The office of Stringer are reviewing his conduct pending investigation for due course of action. Qaiser of Flushing has been charged with forcible touching.
