Flushing deaf man s family is suing three hospitals

Alfred Winrib, 82 of Flushing died of malignant melanoma last April after diagnosed with cancer in 2012. Winrib is born deaf along with his children and told all three hospitals where he was admitted that he requires a sign language interpreter to communicate effectively. \
