Flushing cabbie found dead in East River

Police found the body of Yu Mein Chow also known as Kenny, 56 of Flushing in the East River. He was last seen on May 11 and the body was found on May 25. He was a yellow cab driver and was having difficulty paying off the loan of the taxi in the sum of $700,000. Kenny is the fifth victim of suicide by cab drivers who were unable to pay due to competition from private companies.
