Florida the first state to lock up rioters

The governor of Florida signed an executive order of no riots in Florida or face jail. The first state to do so while NY and CA allows. This came after Cubans in Miami went straight to the governor and stated that they will shoot anyone destroying their city they proudly built after defecting anti-Castro craps. This is from the law enforcement official, "Peaceful protest we encourage. And more riot. We can tell the difference. And I guarantee you that you'll be able to tell the difference if you come here and riot."
