Floral Park fire departments received grants

The Floral Park Centre Fire Company received $93,000 for a new fire truck and another $27,000 for equipment accessories. This is part of the federal grant applied and received from U.S. Department of Homeland Security?s Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program. Also Bellerose Terrace Fire Department received grant for equipment purchase in the sum of $73,334.
