Flood forcing parkways to close

Long Island Expressway closed at the Utopia Parkway Exit. Cross Island Parkway closed by the Northern Blvd Exit.

Van Wyck Expressway closed by Jewel Avenue.

Hillside Avenue closed by Hollis Court Blvd reporting a tree down. Frannie Lew is closed in Fresh Meadows due to a downed tree.

More local roads are closed due to flooding.

The DOT is working on the scene.
