First person filed 2 5 million lawsuit against Garden City gym

Deer Park resident, Eric Stewart filed $2.5 million lawsuit against LA Fitness after becoming reported of being sick and disabled from using the swimming pool that was closed by Nassau County Health Dept of Legionnaires disease back in November 2016.The Garden City gym on Jericho Turnpike and Stewart Avenue was under watch after few became sick from the swimming pool. The case is filed at Brooklyn Federal Court. Reported 3pm.
