Fire inside multiple dwelling in Glen Oaks

FDNY are reporting fire emerged in the attic of Glen Oaks Village Co-op at 254-10 74th Avenue. Firefighters are working on the scene. Reported the gas line exposing smoke in the basement stretched all around the dwellings. 74th Avenue is closed between Little Neck Parkway and 255 Street. Residents in the vicinity have been evacuated. EMS is attending to the residents suffering from smoke inhalation. Ongoing investigation.
